I mean we know Robin kills the Joker, Bane is terminally ill in that steroid episode but what happens to the rest of them. We never see or hear from most of them in Batman Beyond, what happens to them. We know villains like Two-face, mad hatter, scarecrow are alright in Batman: Tas and Justice League but what happens them after wards. Do they give up crime, do they die. Did Bruce Timm ever explain what happens to any of them.

They never really address it but honestly it doesnt need to be, if you think about it those lifestyles arent exactly the types that would have long lifespans. Most of them probably aged out of it the others probably died because they should have given it up.
You didnt need to see what happened to them though it was the future so new villains and new adventures who really cares if there was a rest home for super villains some where in gotham.

Joker died, but came back via mind control over Robin.
Bane was sick.
Harley Quinn became a grandmother to the twins from the Jokerz gang.
Mr. Freeze’s body died, but his head survived.
I don’t think they ever revealed what happened to the others.

I would assume most of them died off, since it is set in the future. I have only seen a few episodes but Batgirl is now the police chief and she’s old. Also a lifetime of villainy would not necessarily translate into longevity.
