So, it's been confirmed that Barbara is a recent college graduate, roughly 22 (maybe even younger when you factor in Gail's recent comment that she graduated early). Bruce has also been confirmed, by DiDio, as older than Superman (the "first" superhero), and he has been Batman for longer than five years.
