I stopped after the Return of Bruce Wayne, cuz I wanna go from monthlies to HC, now I see a lot of titles.

Anyway, here is what I want/expect:
1. In continuity
2. Main story as much as possible
3. Dark, brooding
4. As good as that story with Hush taking Catwoman's heart(Dini right?)
5. Batman plays a main role not some sort of leader but the story is about his "comrades".
6. THANKS1

Batman: Reborn
I'm interested in reading Batman: Reborn; issues 687-691, as I like the look of the art, I am relatively new to comic books I have just read Batman and Son, The Black Glove, and Batman R.I.P. I am just wondering if I will be able to follow the story arc or do I need to read something else?
