Two people within the Batman family, both traumatized by the same villain, and yet one wonders why they haven't talked at all since their comebacks ?

Both Jason and Babs knew about what the Joker did to one another, and ever since Jason's return one has to wonder why hasn't either of them reach the other out for a meeting ?

Should there be a meeting between the two after all this time ? :frown:

Corrigan II Part Three

Story summary: The series ends with Renee Montoya quitting the police force in frustration.

Comments: Sometimes DC decides to shut down several titles in close succession to one another. For instance, next month will see the final issues of three bat-titles: Azrael, Streets of Gotham and Batman Confidential. Something similar happened five years ago this month: we saw the final issues of Gotham Central (#40), Batgirl (#73) and Gotham Knights (#74). While each of these series had its fans, none of them was as critically acclaimed as Gotham Central.

The series was unique in that it focused not on Batman, or any of his "family," but rather on the Gotham police force itself. Created by writers Greg Rucka and Ed Brubaker and artist Michael Lark, the title was notorious for its outstanding reviews, dedicated fanbase and poor sales. Lark left the series after #25, but when Brubaker left (for greener pastures at Marvel), the writing was on the wall. And Rucka finally brought things to a close in #40.

I absolutely loved this series. Unfortunately, I can't say the same thing for some of the events that followed it. (Personally, I would much rather still have Vic Sage as the Question and Renee Montoya on the police force. Oh well.) If you have never read this series, shame on you. It's collected editions are readily available and need to be put near the top of your "to buy" list.

Next week: the first issue of a really old, really key title.

hello people

we all know damian and cassie (or you better at least :evilangry: ) and I just also wanted to Damian have a crush on Cassie because of her partially violent nature. I even wrote a story about it, but don't know if I'm aloud to post fan fiction on CBR
