I found the link of the site on these boards a couple yrs ago. Maybe someone remembers.
I think it was called "Batman Unleashed" or "Batman Unlimited" or something like that.

This site had huge high res images of Batman Hush, the first 2 arcs of Superman Batman, various Batman comic pics, and movie pics.

Does anyone remember that site? I'm looking for the 2 page spread from Hush #6 where Batman is swooping down on Harly Quinn at the Opera.

thx!

I've been re-reading some of these recently, and someone mentioned Dark Night Dark City on the scary story thread. This really was an excellent, IMO underappreciated run. Milligan really had a knack for telling weird, off-kilter stories. I recall at the time feeling like his stories referenced the supernatural too often, but in retrospect that doesn't bother me so much. I kinda miss the days when a writer could just come on board and do straightforward, mostly short Batman stories without really worrying about continuity and timelines and all that.

Plus his run featured *really* cool covers:

Anyone else a fan of this run? It encompassed Batman # 452-454 & 472-473, and Detective # 629-633, 638-640, & 643.

Alright, so I was reading Batman 441 (Actually, I was reading ALL of a Lonely Place of Dying but whatever) and saw something...odd.

Dick calls Tim "Jeff" on page 14. Was this supposed to be Tim's original name or did something else happen here? I don't know if it would be in a trade version (I suspect it wouldn't be) but it is in the actual issue.

Hi all,

I recently pulled down the four current trades collecting Ed Brubaker's run on Catwoman to reread, and was reminded about how awsome this book was. When I got to the end of Wild Ride, I was no where near satiated, and went online to see if I could order up the next book in the series since that was all I had. And, lo and behold, apparently DC hasn't collected the remainder of the run!

Does anyone know why this hasn't happened yet? Are there any plans to eventually finish off the run, or am I going to be SOL, having to either track down back issues or locate what I have from the missing part of the run stored at my parents place?!

Thanks for any info anyone can provide. That was one of the best DC series' I've ever read, and really deserves to be completed on my bookshelf.

Parallels:
The Man of Steel (Steel) - the Caped Crusader (Red Robin)
The Metropolis Kid (Superboy/Kon-El/Connor Kent) - the Gotham Guardian (Nightwing)
The Man of Tomorrow (Hank Henshaw the Cyborg) - the Masked Manhunter (Two-Face)
The Last Son of Krypton (Eradicator) - the Dark Knight (the guntoter with
kevlar armor)
Fell free to discuss.

I was looking through the history of the Batman costume and I thought I would start it off with the original costume. Lewis Wilson in 1943 Batman.

Anyone been getting these? I've picked up the Matt Wagner and Jim Aparo versions and love 'em. What's really cool is that they're now doing villains too. I already have a Golden Age Joker that I like, but I've pre-ordered the Penguin one coming out this summer. I'd love to see them continue with the villains, maybe doing Catwoman, Riddler, Ivy or Ra's.

What are your favorites of the bunch? The George Perez one tops my wishlist at the moment.

Could someone talk to me about that?. Most of all about his relationship with the league how it changed and even how it was when he died. Also OMAC.

I almost dont read comics soI dont really now I would greatly appreaciate someone who could detail me as much as posible his relationship with the league and also with Superman.

Hope you reply and thankks in advance :D
